Call of Duty WWII is a first-person shooter video game that was released on November 3, 2017. The game is developed by Sledgehammer Games and is published by Activision. The game was released on MS Windows, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4. Call of Duty is based on World War II. The game narrates the story of the indestructible brotherhood of every common man fighting to retain their freedom in a world on the verge of despotism. It also narrates the story of a young soldier Ronald Red Daniels who has faced the unforgiving reality of war with his brothers in arms. In the game, the player controls “Red” Daniels, who can with his squamates supply extra ammunition health and grenade to the player.  The multiplayer mode of the game features a map location that is not visible in the campaign. In the series of Call of Duty WWII is the fourteenth installment. The campaign of the game is set in the European theatres. Call of Duty WWII has touched on the events from 1940 to 1944. It also highlights the action of a military squad from the year 1944 to 1945.

Gameplay

The game is not at all similar to its recent predecessors. It has removed the advanced systems of movement which is present in the last two Call of Duty titles, which include wall running and double jumping. It rather brings back the traditional movement to the series, taking it back to original troops on the ground style gameplay. In Call of Duty WWII, the players have to use the first aid kit to heal themselves. However, the player should remember that these first aid kits will only refill their health meter and they won’t get any extra health beyond their set amount. The kits are seen dispersed around the battlefield, and the player can pick a maximum of four kits and add them to their inventory. By pressing the button that is indicated on-screen the players also have an option of taking the first aid kit from their squadmate Zussman. There are three heroic actions a player can perform on the battlefield. These actions are the epic accomplishment of the player on the battlefield. They are Combat Save, Medical Save, and enemy Surrender.

Headquarters

Headquarters is a fresh feature in the game of Call of Duty WWII. It is the point where a minimum of 48 players is allowed to gather in an offline match. Call of Duty WWII has the best campaign. The graphics of the game is also good but the storyline is the show-stealer. The storyline brings a level of emotions that cannot be found in any other game. Players will play the role of the hero-Daniels, who are the vast majority of the campaign. In the campaign, the players will get to see and learn about the relationships the combat soldiers share. The campaign also takes the player through a trip in entire Europe from Normandy to Paris.
