He has never been with his father after the divorce, but Monato has the diary – a little diary that explains “The Seven Secrets”. Somehow he learned the whereabouts of his father and wanted to bring him back.  There are so many things that Monato wants to tell his father; so he started his mission and went back to retro Japan. This video game is completely based on a heart-warming story. And the credit goes to GAGEX CO. LTD for publishing and designing the play. The Kids We Were was released on 13th January 2022 and received many positive reviews.

How to play The Kids We Were?

Your journey will start in a village called Kagami, which is just beside Tokyo. You will go on a trip to modern Japan but after that, you will go right back to the old countryside. Play as Monato, he is the main protagonist. Control his movements with the function keys. Along with finding Monato’s father, you will have to discover the retro items.  Interact with others and collect the clues, everything will lead you to the father. No need to end the game at one goes because you can start from the checkpoints. The Kids We Were can be played from a third-person perspective. Get engrossed in a warming tale.
